Please Note: July First Friday is the Second Friday and will be a 2 day event on the 11th and the 12th. The theme will be BBQ, Blues and Brew. If you are registering for July, you must register for both days. Friday 5:00 – 9:30 and Saturday Noon – 9:30. * Vendors can register and pay for multiple months at a time or register and pay month to month. You will be charged for multiple months if you wish to register for multiple months. You must register each month if you wish to pay for one month at a time. The registration deadline for each month is the 12th of the prior month. No refunds are issued past the 12th of each month if you wish to cancel.

Non-Profits may only register for the month they are attending in the month prior to the event date. Non-Profits are not permitted to register for multiple months at a time or submit season-long registrations. If a non-profit is a no-show without notification then further registrations for the season will be denied. Non-Profit vendors are required to provide an engaging activity that promotes an accepting and affirming message to all those attending First Friday.

By signing this agreement, the applicant and all agents, volunteers, employees of group agrees to abide by the guidelines and decisions of the downtown Canton Special Improvements District, their employees or other representatives of the Canton First Friday. (Please read and check all boxes to acknowledge your agreement): *

I will be set up and ready to go by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event. (Event starts at 5pm)

Consent Item - Vehicles Moved *

I will have all vehicles moved out of road closed areas by 4 pm

Consent Item - Present at Exhibit *

I will be present at my exhibit during published First Friday hours (5-9pm)

Consent Item - Notify if unable to participate *

I will notify the First Friday coordinator immediately if I am not able to participate in a scheduled First Friday.

Consent Item - Remove all Trash *

I will leave the space as I found it and remove all trash from my area.

Consent Item - I Will Not Tear Down Early *

I will not tear down early (before 9pm) unless instructed by First Friday coordinators

Consent Item - I Will Remove My Items At Close *

I will remove all of my items immediately at the close of First Friday.

Consent Item - I Will Not Drive Any Vehicles During Event *

I will not drive any vehicles into road closed areas during open event time.

Participants agree by signing to accept the following hold harmless clause: I have reviewed and agree to the above terms for participating in Canton First Friday. By registering for and participating in First Friday, I assume full risk and responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during this event and I release and hold harmless Canton First Friday coordinators, volunteers, or contractors; the Downtown Canton Parntnership; Board Members; The City of Canton; and First Friday sponsors from any claims arising out of my participation in this event. I understand that I am solely responsible for all State, City, County, or other applicable permits, licenses, and/or certificates associated with my participation in First Friday.
