Carpe Diem is locally-owned by Cathy and Patrick Wyatt. We’re both native Stark Countians. Our downtown store started seventeen years ago. Seventeen! That was way back in 2003, the year of Finding Nemo, when gas was well under $2/gallon, and Ruben “the Velvet Teddy Bear” won American Idol.

Since then, we’ve made hundreds of friends and served thousands and thousands of cups of delicious coffee and coffee drinks. We love what we do and put everything we have into providing a warm comfortable, friendly space to enjoy coffee with friends, grab a quick lunch, or simply as a place to unwind and catch up on a good book or magazine all by yourself.
