The Canton Brewing Company is home to The Haus of Geissen, an authentic German/European Restaurant, as well as The Speakeasy at Canton Brewing. Both feature a great lineup of freshly-brewed, award-winning craft beer.

Canton Brewing Company is committed to brewing the historic beers that made us famous over a century ago while embracing the new craft traditions today’s beer lovers enjoy. The Haus of Giessen Restaurant (upstairs) and Speakeasy taproom (downstairs) both feature a great lineup of delicious food and beer, all prepared and brewed right here in our very own facility. The Haus of Giessen offers a full lunch and dinner menu.
